Hi, I’m Randi DeSonier, the Founder and CEO of DeSonier RCM. With over 7 years of experience in medical billing and coding, I’ve helped providers of all sizes improve collections, reduce claim denials, and streamline their operations.

I started DeSonier RCM because I know how overwhelming billing, credentialing, and revenue management can be for healthcare professionals who just want to focus on their patients. My goal is to provide more than just billing support—I strive to create long-term partnerships built on integrity, support, and excellence.

Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mother, and those roles keep me grounded and motivated to help healthcare providers succeed. My mission is simple: to take the stress out of revenue cycle management so you can focus on what you do best—helping your patients.

I’m Pam Okker, the Revenue Cycle Management Manager at DeSonier RCM. With over 32 years of experience in medical billing and practice management, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping providers thrive. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of practices, helping them reduce claim denials, improve collections, and build stronger financial systems.

I believe in building trust through accuracy, accountability, and collaboration. At DeSonier RCM, I embody our values of integrity, excellence, and teamwork, ensuring that providers can focus on patient care while we handle the details of their revenue cycle. Nothing motivates me more than knowing my work helps providers succeed and patients receive the care they need without unnecessary barriers.

Outside of work, I’m a loving wife and mother who enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending quality time with my family.

As COO, I handle the day-to-day operations, marketing, client experience, and a wide range of other tasks—basically, whatever it takes to keep things running smoothly. I like to think of myself as a jack-of-all-trades, and I thrive on building connections and making sure both our team and clients feel supported.

Outside of work, I’m first and foremost a proud dad. I love spending time with my family, and when I get the chance, you’ll find me gardening, hiking, swimming, or just enjoying life. And yes—I’m also married to the CEO, Randi DeSonier—so I get “performance reviews” both in the office and at home.
